General Requirements
To be successful you will be required to meet academic, personal and physical requirements, and have at least three years life experience after finishing school.

Pathways to Entry
Candidates that are successful in gaining a position as a Student Ambulance Officer will undertake a Bachelor of Health Science (Major in Paramedicine) at Curtin University.
Salary and Benefits
In your first year of study you will be required to undertake full-time study; this study load is subject to any recognition of prior learning you may be granted. The first year is the pre-employment year and un-paid. After completing the first year of study and meeting all pre-employment requirements you will become a paid St John Ambulance Officer.
